SULLIVAN, Guy Antoine It is with great sadness that the family of Guy Antoine Sullivan announce his death which occurred at the Dr Everett Chalmers Hospital on July 10, 2010. Guy was 78 years of age, born on August 20th, 1931 in Montreal. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Geraldine (Gerry) Mallen, and four sons; Bryan (Mary Dyck) grandsons, Joshua, Christopher, Jacob and Zachary of Yellowknife, NWT, Michael (Joy Toole) grandsons Kevin and Shawn of Fredericton Junction, NB, Marc of Huntsville ON, Eric (Michelle Chafe) grandsons Cole and Caden of Miramichi, NB. He is predeceased by his parents, Concord and Emma (Joly), brother Jean, and sister Colombe. Guy spent most of his career in the Canadian Armed Forces and retired as Director General in the Department of National Defence Headquarters, Ottawa. He was an avid golfer, angler, and always a passionate crossword puzzle enthusiast. The family will receive friends at Bishops Funeral Home in Fredericton on Wednesday, July 14 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oncology Department or the Palliative Care unit at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, or charity of the donors choice.
