RMC Announces Guy Dubé as New Director of Athletics!

Although in a new role, Dubé is one of the longest tenured staff within the RMC Athletic Department, having been with the college since June 2000.

To go along with his more than 25 years of experience at RMC, Dubé has also twice represented the Paladins on the world stage, taking part in the 2019 Napoli FISU Summer Games, as well as the 2025 Rhine-Ruhr FISU Summer Games.

RMC Announces Three New Members Inducted into Athletics Wall of Distinction

The Athletic Department at the Royal Military College of Canada is honoured to announce the induction class of 2026 into the Athletics Wall of Distinction. Chantel Helwer, Mike Ashcroft and Bob Mason will be inducted into the AWOD on 25 March in conjunction with the RMC Varsity Awards ceremony.

4th Annual RMC Hockey Alumni Reunion

We would like to thank those individuals and families who were able to make it to the festivities in Kingston this weekend to celebrate 140 years of hockey at RMC and the 40th Anniversary of the Carr-Harris Cup.  We do hope that those in attendance enjoyed the activities that were put on for the weekend and had opportunities to meet other alumni, families and RMC Hockey supporters.  To those who could not make it for various reasons we hope that you can make it out to the next RMC Hockey Alumni Reunion next hockey season.

Carr Harris Cup Weekend 6-7 February 2026

This year marks 140 years of hockey at RMC which started with one of the first recorded hockey games in Canada when the Royal Military College and Queen’s University faced off for the first time on 10 March, 1886 in Kingston Harbour in front of City Hall. Additionally this years game will celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Carr-Harris cup, which was inaugurated in 1986 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the first RMC vs Queens game and the contributions of the Carr-Harris Family to both institutions.

Class of 1970 Athletics Wall of Distinction Ceremony

The Athletics Wall Of Distinction (AWOD) was established to honour those who have brought distinction to the Canadian Military Colleges (CMC) through significant achievements and contributions in sport while at a CMC and/or following graduation throughout their athletics careers. The AWOD program was conceived by the Class of 1970 and is supported through an endowment funded by the Class to honour its entry into the Old Brigade in the fall of 2015.

The RMC Paladins women’s soccer program is pleased to announce that Laurianne Delisle has committed to playing for RMC beginning in the 2025-26 season. “Laurianne’s athleticism and speed of play will improve our opportunities going forward,” said Paladins head coach Chad Beaulieu. “Her desire to work hard and contribute to our team defending is also one of her strengths.”
