Paladins Win 2 of 3 – Three Games Remaining
Play-offs – First Place Possible

RMC Paladins had one of their most challenging periods in the long history of the team last week during OUA action. Fighting for their play-offs lives, they had to play three games in four nights. Each encounter had tremendous consequences. In the first game, they lost a close 3-2 match against Queen’s; in Toronto they downed a much improved Ryerson team by a 4-1 count. Less than 24 hours they had to return home and compete against a very strong McGill Redmen team and prevailed 2-1.

With the two wins, RMC kept their destiny in their own hands. The table is now set for their final three games – a minimum of two wins is required, if, any realistic chance of a play-off spot can be expected

Ironically, if the Paladins win all three remaining games they not only lock down a play-off spot there is a long shot, that they could end up in first place in their OUA Mid East Division. Two of the three games, are at home and the other is at McGill this Friday night.

Paul Bradley Update: In our recent trivia, we singled out Paul Bradley and his quest to reach the 100 point milestone. We are pleased to report that Paul came up with five clutch points in his three games last week – three goals and two assists to reach the 100 point mark.

Congratulations, Paul and best of luck to you and the team in the run to the play-offs.
