Former RMCSJ now RMCC cadet will NOT be charged for stealing in front of thousands

Last Thursday, at the K Rock Centre, RMCC Paladins won the 28th version of the Carr / Harris Cup series with a 2-1 win over Queen’s University Golden Gales in front of 2,230 fans.
During the game, stealing was very evident and was the major reason for the victory. Readers should not be alarmed as the college TDV motto was never compromised.
Clearly the emotional win was the result of out & out great goal-tending by 26238 Evan Deviller. The RMCSJ graduate now in his III year at RMCC made 52 saves – many of which were spectacular.
The commandant, BGen Al Meinzinger competed as a Redmen in the first three “Carr-Harris Challenge Cup” games which started in 1986 – his second year at the college. Under coach, Dr Wayne Kirk, RMCC defeated Queen’s 8-3 in the inaugural encounter.
As a former high performing varsity hockey player, he is fully aware of what it takes to win at this level.
“OCdt Deviller’s performance during the Carr-Harris Cup was ‘Drydenesque’! All hockey fans know that great goalies are known to get hot from time to time. It was evident on Thursday night that OCdt Deviller was in the zone and simply outstanding, affirming the fact that he is indeed a great goalie.”
He also added: “It was an honour to witness such a great team victory over our Kingston rivals!”
