RMC Hockey Awards and Graduation Banquet – Saturday 5 April 2025
Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront Kingston, Ontario $80.00/person
The 2024-2025 OUA Regular Season has wrapped up and we would like to formally recognize all players, coaches and staff for dedication, time, commitment and perseverance this season. All of them have truly reflected positively on the RMC Hockey Program, RMC and the Canadian Armed Forces.
In conjunction with the RMC Hockey Program we here at the RMC Hockey Alumni will look forward to recognizing the team, individual award winners and graduating players at the upcoming 2024-25 RMC Hockey Awards and Graduation Banquet scheduled for Saturday 5 April 2025 to be held at the Holiday Inn Waterfront.
The banquet will allow the graduating players and staff to celebrate with their teammates and families the accomplishments they have achieved over the last 4 years and recognize the sacrifices they have made and the challenges they have overcome.
At this dinner Coach Lim and the hockey staff will acknowledge these players individually and present them with graduation gifts. This year will see 6 graduating players Mathieu Hebert, Brent Broaders, Devin Leduc, Joel Holtrop, Dylan Wells, and Ryan Smith. In addition to the 6 players the team will also honour graduating equipment manager Thomas Robitaille.
As well as celebrating the graduates, RMC Hockey will present their annual team awards recognizing players achievements on and off the ice.
For the graduating players we will be able to formally welcome them into the RMC Hockey Alumni family with the rest of us. We will look to send a contingent of RMC Hockey Alumni from the local area to participate in this celebration and welcome our new members into the RMC Hockey Alumni Family.
In addition to having some Hockey Alumni present at the event we are looking at generating additional Hockey Alumni support with a “Send a player to the Dinner” event. If you are unable to attend the event in person we are hoping that you might consider purchasing a dinner ticket for the event on behalf of players and staff. Through this gesture we will enable the players to celebrate the 2024/25 Hockey Season, send off their graduating teammates and support the RMC Hockey Program.
Along with the “Send a player to the Dinner” activities the RMC Hockey Alumni are generating support to cover the costs of the graduation gifts which recognize the players. Donations towards the Hockey Program will offest those costs.
