Project proposal:
I have written in these pages and in the Magazine, about values. I have tremendous confidence in who we are, individually and collectively. But I am shaken by today’s revelations. The brand (TDV) has been damaged. We learned at the colleges that nobody succeeds, and therefore nobody fails, without the team. What can we do together, as a team, to turn this around?
I bet, among the first 32 women who entered RMC, there is a writer who could take on a project such as this. I stand-by, ready to contribute reflections and ideas. To get started, I recommend a re-reading of “The Stone Frigate”.
I totally agree with Rem. The current crisis in leadership requires a re-evaluation of our entire military ethos. I am also willing to contribute.
