Photo was taken at the Winterlude Illumination Ceremony to Commemorate the Canadian Naval Centennial. Location: Confederation Park, Ottawa.

This was an official Winterlude and Centennial event and was attended by many vets as well as serving naval personnel and the general public.

The featured Ice Sculpture: HMCS Sackville.
