The top picture is the Recruit Obstacle Race in the fall of 1970. That’s me in the middle, face to the wall, two hands up on the wall.
The picture of three of us enjoying some libations was taken some time in spring 1976 in Ottawa, I think it was after something to do with trooping the colours on Parliament Hill. That is myself on the left holding the beer glass, one of the few pictures that exist of myself without a moustache.
