St-Jean : The Fort St-Jean Chapter of the RMC Club will hold its Annual General Meeting at RMC St-Jean at the Vanier Hall Theatre on Saturday 22 January 2011 at 1400 hrs. This is the week-end of the broomball competition, so come one come all ! Agenda to follow in due course, but be advised that the Executive Committee recently adopted the following rule of governance in order to streamline the conduct of AGMs in the future. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the late convocation date, the 30-day rule for submitting motions is being waived for this AGM. Motions must be submitted NLT 14 January 2010.
Saint-jean: Le Chapitre Fort Saint-Jean du Club des CMR tiendra son assemblée générale annuelle au CMR St-Jean samedi le 22 janvier 2011 à 14h00 au théâtre du Pavillon Vanier. Cette fin de semaine est celle de la compétition de ballon-balai, alors venez tous en grand nombre ! L’ordre du jour suivra sous peu mais soyez avisés que le Comité exécutif a récemment adopté le règlement de gouvernance suivant dans le but d’accélérer le déroulement des AGA dans le futur. NOTE IMPORTANTE : Vu la convocation tardive, nous devons déroger à la règle de trente jours pour la soumission de propositions cette fois-ci. Les propositions doivent être soumises APTL 14 janvier 2010.
