
Greetings all RMC/CMR/RRMC Alumni golfers, attached are the details for our 4 July 25 golf tournament. A few points of elaboration:
- We expect to sell out the event as unsolicited responses to our “Save the Date” resulted in a large number of golfers making an early commitment.
- Our maximum capacity is 168 golfers as Greensmere has indicated we can assign up to six foursomes to the second golf course. Should we reach capacity we will maintain a stand-by list.
- Register and get your payment in as soon as possible to guarantee your participation. Understanding that individual circumstances may change before July, cancellations and refunds will be entertained until 25 June 25.
- The easiest and quickest way to register is to email Tournament Director: Sandy Schwab, [email protected] and then follow the attached instructions for payment.
If you can’t participate this year, consider contributing your entry fee (all or part) to the success of our fundraising. If you are playing, a small individual donation ($25 or so) towards sponsoring a hole can be added to your registration fee if you are so inclined. A number of Classes have indicated they plan to do this on a coordinated basis. BZ to them.
More details will be forthcoming regarding a Silent auction and/or Raffle as well as the special “Eagle Challenge” hole.
One last item…Mary Darlington will be in attendance once again with products from the Panet House Gift Shop. If you have a particular item in mind, you can order it in advance and pick it up at the tournament.
