I am currently the Hercules (CC130) Flight Commander at 424 Sqn in Trenton.
When I think of RMC, I remember four very busy years of activities. I was a mechanical engineering grad and also involved in varsity sports (cross country / soccer) while holding various cadet leadership positions.
It was a constant challenge in time management and workload management. I made many lifelong friends and learned many lessons that I have used in my post-RMC life.

I have four key points for the 4th years:
1. Make the most of your last year at RMC and enjoy the time you have with your classmates because you will all be going your separate ways after graduation and you may not see them again for many years.
2. After you graduate and become a commissioned officer, you will be expected to be a leader and an expert in your trade. Continue to grow and learn by focusing on becoming the best aviator, soldier, or sailor you can be.
3. You will be given chances to deploy, go on exercises, and be part of committees. Accept these opportunities when they are offered to you, they will help you develop into a better officer.
4. Have fun! Life is short, make the most of it!
