MaxSys Staffing & Consulting is pleased to announce the acquisition of Toronto based IT Staffing firms, EMEX IT Systems Inc and Navigate IT Inc, for an undisclosed sum.
This acquisition will increase the functional IT staffing reach and scope of MaxSys, so that it will have the capability to provide IT staffing resources across Canada. With almost $80M in annual revenues and 100 internal employees, MaxSys continues its growth across Canada.
Former majority owner and President, Mel Kent stated: “I am very pleased with the deal. The combination of both companies offers many opportunities for increased growth and career success for members of the Emex and Navigate IT teams.
