Call for willing Candidates to serve on the Royal Military Colleges Club Foundation Board:
A nomination committee comprising of Past President John van Haastrecht as chairman, John Cowan and John Plant has been tasked to canvass Alumni, past donors and committed friends of the Royal Military Colleges to recommend to the Royal Military Colleges Club Board suitable nominees to serve as members of the Board for a period of three years commencing October of 2012.
Interested individuals are asked to submit their resumes to any of the committee members or the Foundation Executive Vice President. Contact information is as follows:

There will be four board seats that need to be filled for the operating year commencing October 2012
All submissions will be considered in the context of individual’s capabilities, compatibility with the entire board, and the ability to devote time and serve. All deliberations will in context of “Best Board Practices” with an overriding intent to benefit the Colleges.
Submission must be received by latest 15 March 2012. The committee will make its recommendations to the Foundation at the regularly scheduled Board meeting on 18 May 2012. The appointments will be confirmed at the Annual General meeting on 29 September 2012. Candidates will be informed of the recommendations of the Foundation Board immediately after the May Board meeting. Unsuccessful submitters will also be contacted within the same time frame.
All submissions shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Appel de candidatures pour servir au sein du Comité de direction de la Fondation du club des CMRs
Un Comité de nomination composé d’anciens présidents sous la présidence de John van Haastrecht et incluant John Cowan et John Plante ont reçu la tâche de solliciter les membres de notre Alma Mater, les donneurs et les amis(es) des CMRs afin de recommander au Comité de direction du Club des CMRs la candidature d’individus pour servir en temps que membre du Comité de direction de la Fondation et ceci pour une période de trois ans à compter d’octobre 2012.
Les intéressés sont priés de soumettre leur résumé à un des membres du Comité de nomination ou au Vice-président exécutif de la Fondation. Vous pouvez rejoindre ceux-ci comme suit :

Il y a quatre positions du Comité de direction de la Fondation qui doivent être comblées pour l’année d’opération débutant en octobre 2012
Toutes les soumissions seront considérées selon la capacité de l’individu, la compatibilité avec le Comité de direction et le désir de servir et donner son temps. Les délibérations à ce sujet se feront en tenant compte des « meilleures pratiques de direction » et à priori dans l’intention de bénéficier les collèges.
Les soumissions doivent être reçues au plus tard le 15 mars 2012. Le Comité de nomination fera ses recommandations à la Fondation lors de son Comité de direction prévu pour le 18 mai 2012. Les nominations seront confirmées lors de l’Assemblée générale annuelle le 29 septembre 2012. Les candidats seront avisés des recommandations faites au Comité de direction de la Fondation suite à la rencontre du Comité de direction en mai. Les candidats qui ne seront pas recommandés seront aussi avisés dans cette même période de temps.
