Your years of education and intensive leadership training at military college have come to their end. You are poised to step into a life of command and service. It will not be easy. Your commitment to such fundamental values as truth, duty, valour, and respect will be tested at every turn in your careers. You already know you can count upon classmates for guidance, and to have your back. You will soon learn that the men and women who graduated a year before you, or a year after, or fifty years before or after, will be there as well. That is why we graduates first banded together one hundred and forty years ago, in 1884. That is why our Association is as strong today as it ever was. Welcome aboard.
