15442 Major Jean-Luc Rosso (CMR ‘86) retired from the Canadian Forces on 12 October after 26 years of loyal and dedicated services to the CF and the logistics branch. Jean-Luc enrolled in the CF in 1981 at the College Militaire Royal de St-Jean. He completed his bachelor’s degree in administration and his training as transportation officer and as an ammunition officer. Jean-Luc, his wife Dahlia, their daughter Emilie and their son Francois will remain in the Ottawa region, as he has already started his second career as safety advocate in the directorate of ammunition and explosives regulation (DAER) on 15th October.
