8400 LCol (Ret’d) Terence “Terry” T. Cockerill (RMC ’70) graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada with a Bachelor of Science (Applied) in 1970. Upon promotion to Major in 1978 he was posted to Force Mobile Command Headquarters in St Hubert, Quebec as an Operations staff officer. He completed the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College course in Toronto in 1982. In 1989, he was posted to Communication Command Headquarters at Tunney’s Pasture in Ottawa as Deputy Chief of Staff Reserves for the Communication Reserve, where he served for three years until retiring from the Regular Force in 1992. Terry Cockerill now has over 15 years service with General Dynamics Canada (formerly Computing Devices Canada) in a range of project management positions associated with the Canadian Army’s digitization projects (Tactical Command and Control Communications Systems (TCCCS), Land Force Command System (LFCS) and Land Command Support System). During this time he has maintained his association with the military C&E community and in particular with the members of Director Land Command System Program Management (DLCSPM). Terry is married to Bernadette Fleury, a Registered Social Worker, from Dorchester, Quebec. They have three adult sons.

16777 Commander Simon S Page (CMR RMC ’89) is Commandant of the Canadian Forces Naval Engineering School in Halifax. He spent three years at the Collège Militaire Royal de St-Jean from 1984-1987 before graduating from the Royal Military College of Kingston in 1989 with a Bachelor in Computer Engineering. Cdr Page was posted to the Canadian Forces Staff College in Toronto where he, in addition to completing Command and Staff College, attained his Masters in Defence Studies and was promoted to his current rank in 2003. Cdr Page is well known within the soccer community of the Canadian Forces. From 1990 until 2002 he was involved in soccer in Halifax either as a coach or a player. He took his teams to four National Championships and was selected as MARCOM Coach of the Year in 2002. He was also the manager and assistant coach for the Nova Scotia Canada Games team in 2001. On 26 June 2008, Cdr Page was appointed as Commandant of the Canadian Forces Naval Engineering School. He is married to Sherrielynn of Sydney Nova Scotia; they have one son, Zachary.

Lieutenant-Colonel Denis Robert, Canadian Forces, CD 1, BEng, MSc, MBA (RMC ’83)
LCol Robert joined the CF on 01 June 1978 and graduated from Royal Military College of Canada in 1983 with a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Management. He completed his service training in Aerospace Engineering in 1984 and was posted to 433 Tactical Fighter Squadron at CFB Bagotville where he served as Aircraft Maintenance Control Records Officer and Armament and Photo Officer.
In 1986 LCol Robert was posted to NDHQ where he assumed responsibility as Deputy Program Manager for the CF116 Depot Level Inspection and Repair Program and Aircraft Engineering Officer for the CF101 aircraft. Upon posting he attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USA and graduated with a post graduate Masters degree in Imaging Science. In 1989 he returned to NDHQ where he served as Life Cycle Material Manager for CF Imaging Systems as well as Deputy Program Manager for the CF-188 Precision Guided Munitions Project.
In 1996 LCol Robert earned a second Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. Upon graduation he filled the position of CF Information Management Program Coordinator at NDHQ.
In 2002 LCol Robert was posted to the US National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in Bethesda, Maryland, USA where he served as CF liaison officer. In 2004 he was selected for staff college training and attended the Australian Command and Staff College in Canberra, Australia. Upon graduation in 2005 he was posted to 12 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron where he served as Squadron Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Deputy Commanding Officer.
LCol Robert assumed leadership of 12 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron as Commanding Officer in June 2007. He is also the current senior AERE Officer acting as Imaging, Intel, Surveil and Recon Champion within the Aerospace engineering championship program
LCol Robert is married to his wife Judy and they have two children; Luke age 14 and Noah age 9.

9224 Colonel Peter J Davies CD (RMC ’72) joined the Directorate of Air Reserves (Ottawa) in January 2000. He attended the Royal Military College in Kingston, graduating in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Colonel Davies transferred to the Primary Reserve in November 1996, participating in the Air Force Command and Control Review Team at Air Command Headquarters. In 1997, he moved to Kingston Ontario and began working in the Directorate of Air Review and Corporate Service in the Air Staff, NDHQ, Ottawa. Colonel Davies is married to Lieutenant-Colonel Gail Cornfield and has two children, Lianne and Alexandre.

11973 Brigadier-General Eldren B. Thuen, CD (RRMC RMC ’78) was promoted to his current rank on 26 May 2006 and assumed the duties of Deputy Commander Mission Support at 1 Canadian Air Division in Winnipeg. In addition, he has been appointed Director General Air Reserve. He attended both Royal Roads Military College in Victoria and Royal Military College in Kingston, graduating in 1978, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English. BGen Thuen and his wife, Barbara, are the proud parents of two daughters Danielle (Kent) and Karen (Lucas) who also reside in Winnipeg.

13064 Colonel Mario JBM Lagrange (CMR RMC ’81) is the Director Aerospace Equipment Programme Management (Fighters, Trainers and UAV). He received his Baccalaureate in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal ilitary College of Canada in 1981. Two years later he graduated from the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies with a Master’s Degree in Aerodynamics. In July 2000, he was selected to attend the Command and Staff Course at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto. Following his promotion to his LCol in 2001, he remained at the College as Senior Staff Officer supporting the National Security Study Course and was awarded a Master’s of Defence Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada. Colonel Mario Lagrange is married to Pamela Marshall and they have one son, Dominique.

15139 Major Darrin Little (RMC ’85) has served in DGAEPM in Ottawa since 2005 as TH 2-3. In addition to his role as the CC144/CC150 AEO he assumed the functions of the DGAEPM Senior Gas Turbine Engineer. His current responsibilities also include the T56 engine, ETFs and APUs. He graduated with a Mech Eng degree from RMC in 1985 and has been working in the field of Gas Turbine Engineering since 1986. He was selected to attend PG training at Cranfield University, UK wherehe received his MSc in Thermal Power in 1994. His thesis dealt with the effects of engine degradation on engine component fatigue and creep life. 6097 LGen (Ret’d) Paul G Addy CMM, CD (CMR RMC ’64) is one of the founding shareholders of the LEADMARK Consulting Group in Ottawa. Following a distinguished 41-year career in the Canadian Forces (CF), in both the Regular Forces and Militia, Mr. Addy retired from the military in August of 1998 upon completion of a three-year appointment as Canada’s Military Representative to the NATO Military Committee in Permanent session in Brussels. In November of 1998 he joined a prestigious Ottawa defence consulting firm as an Associate Consultant specialising in business development. Mr. Addy is a graduate of Le Collège militaire royale de St-Jean, the Royal Military College of Canada (Engineering Physics), L’École d’État-major (Paris) and the National Defence College (Kingston). He is married to the former Roberte F. Couture of Lac Megantic, Quebec. They have two sons, Troy and Jonathan.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Collège militaire de Saint-Jean in 1974, André Richard enjoyed a successful military career occupying many senior administrative and command positions. Upon his retirement he served ten years with a private ammunition manufacturing company focusing on privatization issues and quality control (ISO 9001) processes. Mr. Richard has also successfully organized conferences and professional seminars and has mentored small businesses in areas such as human resources requirements, quality services, research and development options and has provided expert advice on growth planning. 13134 Colonel W. J. “Bill” Lewis, OMM, CD, PhD (RMC ’81) is presently the the Director of Coordination with the Strategic Joint Staff. He holds a PhD & a M.Eng. in Nuclear Engineering, a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering, an M.B.A., a M.D.S., and a B.Ed and M.Ed. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor at RMC and at Loyalist College. He has taught in the Non Destructive Testing (NDT) program at Royal Military College for the past 15 years, and has supervised numerous Master’s Theses in NDT over this period. His principle area of research is in Neutron radiography, utilizing the SLOWPOKE-2 nuclear research reactor at RMC. He is a member of many professional associations, and is the Chair of the American Society of Testing and Materials NDT Subcommittee on Neutron Radiography. He has published over 50 papers, and has presented at many national and international conferences.
