I look forward to the Golden Oldies as well .

News of the team results , especially Sandhurst teams.

We older alums also like the Obituaries to keep track of us that are still around.

Of course the obits are interesting, but unfortunately a sad reminder of the fragility of life.

A theme I’ve promoted before is Letters to the Editor as a regular part of every edition . The current format allows reaction but is utterly confined to only the stories offered . Questions could be asked cueing real journalism . The college is staffed by experts .
Perhaps too we should take the gloves off . A 1967 year newsletter has an article by a classmate Very anti vax .
Honour got rather lost at the hands of a Truth Duty Valour grad who may or may not be up on his childcare responsibilities .
Yesterday’s Facebook claimed there are special groups in special forces not being held accountable for sexual harassment . An ex Governor General is being attacked by people who do not seem to understand the realities of high level security classifications .
I believe our Military is losing ground ( and recruits ) partly through lack of good , adult PR . Not base newspapers – professionally get ahead of the lack of understanding Canadians have of DND . RMC should be leading this .
And putting dates on Golden Oldies .

Just a note on terminology used: an alumnus/a of a higher education institution is someone who registered and attended for even one course, but may or may not have graduated, whereas graduate is someone who completed the course of studies and was graduated (given a degree).
The surveys uses these terms as exclusive of each other, but they are not.
