EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (ED)
THE ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGES CLUB OF CANADA (RMCC)
The Royal Military Colleges CLUB of Canada (RMCC) is seeking to fill the position of Executive Director (ED).
The main objective of the RMC Club is to establish and maintain a strong link between the Canadian Military Colleges and their alumni and members of the Club at large.
The ED is responsible to the Executive Committee (EC) for the day to day management of the Club. The ED will supervise the planning and implementation of the different programs, with the objective of promoting the vision, the mission, the values and objectives of the RMC Club. The ED will be expected to collaborate with the RMC Club of Canada Foundation for the mutual support and benefit of “Two Colleges and One Club”.
From a day to day perspective, the ED ensures the link between the different stakeholder groups. The ED will have the responsibility to manage the day to day affairs of the Club, which include the supervision of the Club employees, acting as Editor in chief of the Club Magazine, implementing the strategic plan in conjunction with the EC, offering bilingual services to its members, while ensuring a solid and structured management of the Club including the financial management. The ED is also expected to establish interaction with the Officer Cadets at the Colleges.
The ED will work in close collaboration with the President of the RMC Club, the Officers of the Club, the Executive Committee and the Branch Presidents in implementing the Club Strategic Plan, the Work Plan and the different programs of the Club.
The preferred candidate will be a confident self-starter, bilingual, and team player seeking a challenging position where he/she may contribute to the success of the Royal Military Colleges of St-Jean and Canada through the RMC Club. He/she will have extensive knowledge of the Candian military and its culture.
Compensation: $60 000 to $80 000 based on experience and competence.

Le club des Collèges Militaire Royaux du Canada (, cherche à pourvoir le poste de Directeur Exécutif (CE).
L’objectif principal du Club des CMR est d’établir et maintenir le lien entre les Collèges Militaires Royaux de St-Jean et du Canada à Kingston, et le groupe des anciens élèves-officier, et membres du Club.
Le directeur exécutif est responsable devant le Conseil Exécutif (CE) de la gestion courante en ce qui a trait aux affaires administratives internes du Club. De concert avec le CE, il supervise la planification, l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des programmes dans le but de promouvoir la vision, la mission, les valeurs et objectifs du Club des CMR. Le DE devra collaborer avec la Fondation des CMR pour le support mutuel et le bénéfice des deux Collèges dans un Club.
Au quotidien, le directeur exécutif assure le lien entre le Club et différents intervenants. Le directeur exécutif aura la responsabilité de gérer les affaires courantes du Club, qui inclus entre autre; superviser les employés du club, agir comme éditeur en chef de la revue du club, d’implémenter en conjonction avec le CE le plan stratégique du club, et s’assurer une gestion seine et structurée du club et des finances du club. Le DE devra aussi établir un lien avec les élèves officiers dans les collèges.
Le Directeur Exécutif travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le président du Club des CMR, les Officiers du Club, le CE et les présidents des Chapitres pour mettre en œuvre le plan stratégique, le plan d’affaires et les programmes du Club.
Nous recherchons une personne sûre d’elle-même, bilingue, capable de prendre des initiatives, aimant le travail d’équipe et qui cherche un poste stimulant lui permettant de contribuer au succès des Collèges militaires royaux du Canada par l’entremise du Club des CMR. Il/elle devra avoir une connaissance de l’environnement militaire et sa culture.
Rémunération : 60 000 à 80 000 $ selon les compétences et l’expérience.
