Dec._6

December 6, 1989: 33 years ago, 14 promising young lives ended by one senseless act of hate. We must act to change culture. We must never forget.

On the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women, we remember the 14 young women of Polytechnique Montréal, mourning their loss and reaffirming our commitment to needed culture change to address gender-based violence and misogyny.

On December 6, we remember:

  • Geneviève Bergeron
  • Hélène Colgan
  • Nathalie Croteau
  • Barbara Daigneault
