Lieutenant‑Commander (LCdr) Elizabeth Eldridge, RMC Class of 2010, exemplifies the leadership, intellectual rigor, and service‑driven excellence fostered at Canada’s military colleges. A Royal Canadian Navy Logistics Officer and doctoral researcher, LCdr Eldridge has built a career at the intersection of operational leadership, global supply chain management, and defence innovation.

After graduating from the Royal Military College of Canada with Honours in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology, LCdr Eldridge continued to strengthen her professional expertise with a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from HEC Montréal. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Ottawa within the Digital Transformation and Innovation program, where her research focuses on supply chain resilience, readiness, and capability planning in complex defence environments.

Throughout her naval career, LCdr Eldridge has led diverse, multidisciplinary teams across domestic and international operations. As a logistics officer, she has supported the Canadian Armed Forces in tactical, operational, and strategic sustainment roles—ensuring that people, equipment, and resources are aligned to deliver mission success.
